Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform uniform coating of resin particles with fine powder simply and continuously without crush of the particles by a method wherein the resin partilcles and fine powder are poured on a sieve on which numerous stirrers are made to be in motion and are passed therethrough, being stirred and mixed. CONSTITUTION:Resin particles and fine powder to be applied on to the surface of particles are poured on a sieve on which numerous stirrers are made to be in motion and are passed through the sieve as they are stirred and mixed. As a method for giving the stirrers motions such as vibration, rotation, jumping or the like, the intense vertical vibrations of the sieve itself or the application of an alternating field to permanently-magnetized stirrers is applicable. As for the stirrers, they can be selected from those made of metal, rubber, plastic, wood or other materiasl. As for the metallic stirrers to be employed, however, the ones prepared by coating the surface of the basic metal with resin are preferable.
