Abstract

PURPOSE: To heat a film or the like uniformly without obstructing running property thereof by a method wherein a surface of the film or the sheet is relatively approached to a surface portion of an injecting device provided with the surface portion of a comparatively wide area around an opening of an injection port.
CONSTITUTION: An injection device 1 is constituted with a surface portion 2 consistuting an attracting and supporting surface, an injection port 3 being opened at a substantially central portion of the surface portion 2, a connecting screw portion 4 for connecting to a pipe for feeding a heating gas and a fluid chamber 5 for making uniform the heating gas sent from the screw portion. The heating gas injected out of the injection port 3 is diffused through a gap 7 between the surface portion 2 and a film 6 or the like into radial directions and the direction is regulated at a portion of the gap 7, thereby, the gas flows along the surface of the film 6 or the like to heat the film or the like effectively when the film or the like is present in front of the heating gas. If the film or the like is stretched during this heating process, there is no fear to produce a scratch, ununiform stretching due to ununiform heating, crack or contamination.
