When switch 6 is turned on after charging, charged electric charge of capacitor 3 is discharged to load 7. By turning on switch 4 before the voltage of capacitor 3 is all discharged, electric charge of capacitor 3 is discharged to 0. As a result, a square wave pulse can be given to load 7.
