Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain the energy saving of a dissolving work of a water soluble particulate substance without using hands by a method wherein a storage tank having a bottom portion inclined to a dissolving tank is provided to an upper portion of the sissolving tank and many holes are provided to a partition wall therebetween.
CONSTITUTION: To an upper flange portion of a dissolving tank 1 having a stirrer 2 mounted thereto, a storage tank 3 having a bottom portion 4 inclined downwardly to the dissolving tank 1 and having a pipe 7 to a corner of an upper portion side of the bottom portion 4 is provided and a predetermined number of holes 6 with a predetermined diameter is provided to a partition wall 5 between the storage tank 3 and the dissolving tank 1. A water soluble particulate substance such as iron sulfate is transported by a dump car or the like and stored temporally in the storage tank 3 and, if water is injected from the pipe 7 when a level of a solution 9 in the dissolving tank 1 is lowered, the water soluble particulate substance becomes a semidissolved condition and slid on the bottom portion 4 and dropped into the dissolving tank 1 from the holes 6. As described above, the dissolving work is carried out in an energy saving manner without using hands.
