Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a burner which permits adjustment of thermal energy while less thickness in combination of a pressure spraying nozzle, a premixing chamber and vaporizer.
CONSTITUTION: After fed under pressure with a pump 2 in the initial combustion, the liquid fuel is sprayed through a fuel nozzle 1 and premixed in a premixing chamber 10 with air supplied with a blower 3 from an air port 13. Then, passing through a communicating port 9 and a mixing chamber 10, it flows through a perforated flame plate 8 and ignited with an ignition plug 15. When reaching the fixed level, the liquid fuel sprayed from a liquid fuel nozzle 1 is granulated with the premixing chamber 10 and a demarcating plate 7 and burned in blue cone at a higher mixing level.
