Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a coating without pinholes or irregulaties by coating a composition comprising a cement, an aggregate material, a resin, water or the like to a surface of a casting and solidifying to form a primer coat layer and forming a molten plastics layer thereon.
CONSTITUTION: 100ps.wt. of a mixture comprising 100W30wt% of a cement and 0W70wt% of an aggregate material, pref, 100W50wt% of a cement and 0W50wt% of an aggregate material, 2W15pst.wt. of a resin composition comprising a resin having a reactive group reacted with a polyvinly acetal resin and/or a polyvinly alcohol by heating and an appropriate amount of water are mixed to obtain a composition. This composition is coated to a surface of a casting and a primer coat layer is obtained by solidifying a cement and heating said composition. On this layer, a powdery plastics is coated and molten by heating to form a plastics layer and a coating without irregularities is obtained.
