Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the storage of thiocholine ester for a long time in a liquid state possible, by dissolving thiocholine ester in a solution consisting essentially of acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide.
CONSTITUTION: Thiocholine ester is dissolved in distilled water, and acetone or dimethyl sulfoxide is added in such a way that a concentration is of acetone or dimethyl sufoxide adjusted to 50W99vol%, preferably 80W95vol%. The concentration of thiocholine ester is preferably adjusted to give the fittest concentration in a final reaction solution, for example, thiochloline ester is prepared in a solution of acetone to which water is added, etc. in concentration by 10W50 times by paying attention to its solubility to give 149mg acetylthiochloline iodide in 50ml base solution.
