Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the characteristic of spectroscopic absorption of a sample in a vast range with a high accuracy by a simple apparatus, by providing the optical room on the upper part of cenrifugal room and receiving transmitted light of the sample attached on the rotating body. CONSTITUTION:Light having necessary wave length for measurement from a light source 11 in an optical room 10, is irradiated to a spectroscope and is turned into parallel luminous flux by a lens 18 and then, is irradiated to a centrifugal room 1 after turning into a monochromic light. Then, the light reflected by a stand-shaped reflex prism 9, is passed through a sample vessel 7 provided on a rotating body 2 and then, is irradiated to the room 10 and moreover, real image of the vessel 7 is formed on a slit 22 by a lens 19. At this time, the real image of long rectangular sample accomodating part in the direction acting a centrifugal force in the vessel 7, is detected by a photodecting tube 12 through the slit 22 by changing the inclination angle of a movable reflex mirror 21 and said image is recorded by a recorder 25 as the concentration distribution of sample component.
