Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the exhaustion of smoke and prevent the room from being filled with smoke by connecting a suction pipe communicating with an air exhausting fan to the lower part of an accommodating part which accomodates a heater provided on a table or the like in a shop where meat is roasted on a customer table.
CONSTITUTION: An accommodating part 3 for accommodating charcoal fire 2 or a heater such as a gas roaster is provided at the center part of a table 1 for roasting meat. A receiving bedplate 4 is arranged in the accommodating part 3, and a vessel 5 accommodating water is placed on its upper surface. A charcoal placing bedplate 6 with support in which charcoal fire 2 is accommodated, is placed in the vessel 5. An opening is provided at the center part of the lower surface of the accommodating part 3, and a suction pipe 9 is connected to the opening. The suction pipe 9 and the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating part are covered with a refractive board 10, and the suction pipe 9 is connected to an exhaust pipe 12 through an oil receiving cartridge filter 11. Air exhausting fans 13 and 13' are provided within the exhaust pipe 12, and a part of exhaust smoke is let through a branched pipe 12 to a chimney 15 of an oven 14 for making charcoal fire 2.
