Abstract

Then, the cold brine is poured to the freezing tank where the hot brine should be led, and the hot brine is poured into the thawing tank. Brines are preheated and precooled by latent heat accumulated in respective tanks. Thus, brines are warmed up efficiently, and this method gives no burden to the heat transfer device and is economical.
