Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable air purging downstream to an inertial valve even if this valve is closed, by using an air puring screw to thrust a spring which determines the operation start pressure of a differential pressure valve and by loosening the screw in such a way that the force of the spring applied to the differential pressure valve becomes lower than the level in normal operation.
CONSTITUTION: When an air puring screw 4 is loosened to purge air, a holding plate 47 is pushed back by a spring 43. When the screw 44 is loosened beyond a prescribed limit, the holding plate 47 comes into contact with a stopper pin 48 so that the spring 43 cannot be expanded any more. When the spring 44 is loosened further, a force which thrusts a valve seat 41 disappears so that a flow from an input port 1 toward the through hole of the screw 44 through the seat 41 can go without being hindered. The results in eliminating the difficulties in air purging due to the presence of an inertial valve 30 and in enabling the air purging with a minimized increase in the number of parts.
