Abstract
PURPOSE: To recycle the solid and liq. components of purification tank sludge or the like freed of residue on a sieve as fertilizer and industrial water, etc., respectively by subjecting the sludge to solid-liq. separation, converting the solid into a dehydrated cake, and filtering the liq. after separating SS.
CONSTITUTION: Purification tank sludge homogenized and freed of residue on a sieve, domestic miscellaneous waste water suldge aerated once or mixed sludge thereof is poured into control tank 5 and subjected to solid-liq. separation by adding a coagulant from dosing vessel 6. The solid is converted into a dehydrated cake by dehydration with dehydrator 7, and the cake is further dried. On the other hand, the liq. is freed of SS with SS separator 8 and filtered with an activated carbon filter or a sand filter. The resulting solid is returned to agricultural land as fertilizer, and the filtrate is effectively used as industrial water, etc.
