Abstract

PURPOSE: To strongly stabilize the ground by injecting a grout consisting of an aqueous sodium silicate solution, a lime-gypsum mixture in a specific weight ratio, and phosphoric acid (Na salt) into the ground and then hardening the grout.
CONSTITUTION: A 1:3W3:1 mixture of lime and at least one gypsum selected from gypsum dihydrate, α-gysum hemihydrate, β-gypsum hemihydrate, and II-type anhydrous gypsum and at least one selected from NaH2PO4, Na2HPO4, Na3PO4, and phosphoric acid are added to an aqueous sodium silicate solution to obtain a grout. Then, the grout is injected into the ground and hardened. Thus, the hardening time of the grout is lengthened and the application of not only a quick solidifying method but also a penetrating injection method is made possible. Furthermore, the use of this type of grout enables the ground to be stabilized to a higher strength.
