Abstract
PURPOSE: Titled resin composition having excellent storage stability and flame retardancy, prepared by mixing or prereacting a polyfunctional cyanate ester, a polyfunctional maleimide, a nucleushalogenated aromatic polyfunctional cyanate ester, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Titled composition is prepared by mixing or prepreacting (A) a polyfunctional cyanate ester such as 1,3-dicyanatobenzene, a prepolymer obtained by polymerizing a polyfunctional cyanate ester or a prepolymer of this cyanate ester with a polyamine such as p-phenylenediamine, (B) a polyfunctional maleimide, a prepolymer thereof or a prepolymer thereof with a polyamine and (C) a nucleushalogenated aromatic polyfunctional cyanate ester such as 2,2-bis-(4- cyanatodibromophenyl)-methane, a prepolymer thereof or a prepolymer thereof with an amine.
