CONSTITUTION:The master station 2 is connected to the remote station 1 and the remote station 1 is provided with the emergency exchanger 3 which performs exchanging operation at the failure of relay line. Further, to a plurality of line concentration switches 101, the emergency trunk designation device 108 which designates the fire alarm trunk 104 and the switch 101 for the connection is provided. The allocation designation to the trunk 104 and the switch 101 is transmitted from the master station 2, and the designated information is received at the controller 106 via the information transfer device 103 to operate the designated connector relay in the switch 101 and to connect the trunk 104 and the switch 101. Further, if the relay line of the allocated switch 101 is in failure, the information is given to the EMA switch 301 of the exchanger 3, the master station 2 detects it, and the device 108 is controlled with the trunk designation change information from the station 2 to apply emergency call.
