Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase efficiency of carrying out and in a batch type shot blasting device to a drum of a substance to be cleaned by supplying the substance to be cleaned into a rotary drum and by projecting a shot with agitation and inversion.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary drum 10 is positioned in the diagonally upper direction, and a concave part D is formed inside the drum 4. With this state, a door 11 is opened, substances to be cleaned in a proper amount inserted into a bucket loader 23 are thrown into the drum 10, and a shot is projected from a projecting device 17 into the drum, allowing the substances to be cleaned effectively. The shot is repeated via a selecting device 20 to the drum. With completion of the cleaning, the substances to be cleaned are shifted with empty weight for being exhuasted while said substances are rolled in the drum.
