When cork acting as a heat insulator and die lubricant is sprayed on the inner surface of a mold before vacuum casting, a molten Pb-Ca alloy can penetrate easily into voids of the carbon fiber, thus, the strength of the sheet is increased and increase of electric resistance can be prevented.
