Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a waveform linearly in good order in the lengthwise direction, by making upper and lower waveform rolls suitably descend from a contact line, and forming the waveform on a main plate, when molding a building plate which has formed an angle part on both sides of the main plate having a waveform. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower molding rolls 1a, 1b,..., 11a, 11b are suitably controlled so as to conform with plate thickness of a substance to be worked. Also, a contact point of upper and lower waveform rolls 25a, 25b is made to go down suitably from a contact point g of the upper and lower molding rolls 1a, 1b,..., 11a, 11b of each stage. As a result, the substance to be worked is made to pass through, and a building plate P having a main plate P1 and an angle part P2 is molded. When waveforms of the upper and lower waveform rolls 25a, 25b are formed, the lower part of the lower surface of the main plate P1 is inclined to be formed like a curve, but when they are made to go down suitably from the contact point g, internal stress due to formation of its waveform comes to scarcely exists, and the waveform is molded linearly in good order in the lengthwise direction of the building plate P.
