Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate clogging of a vertical net screen and to reduce the size of a propeller screw in a segments separator by injection of pressure water by providing nozzles for preventing clogging of the inside of the screen and a propeller screw on the outside.
CONSTITUTION: Whole or broken segments of citrus fruits are charged through a charge port 8 to the outside circumference in the upper part of a net screen 1 and a net 1 is rotated by a device 2.
