Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically form the stator coil by a method wherein, in the case of a winding processing of the varying speed motor to be used for an electric fan and the like, a center tap wire lead out device and a crossover wire press- plate are provided in addition to the winding device with a plurality of spools. CONSTITUTION:A winding carrier jig 15 whereon spools 1-4 are supported in radial directions, a turret head 17 which was rotatably supported on a base 16, and a winding device with a flyer 18 are provided. A tap wire lead out device 81, to be used to lead out center tap 11-13, and a crossover wire pressing device 82, to be used to prevent contacting of the flyer 18 and a crossover wire 10 by pressing the intepole crossover wire 10, are provided on the tap wire processing device 80. Devices 81 and 82 are supported by the movable base 85 which is conjoined to one end of the guide for 84 which is slidably supported by the bearing 83 to be fixed to the strut of a winding device 30. The device 81 is supported by a base 88, a wire material is pinched by pawls 97 and 98, and formed into the center tap by twisting together. The device 82 is supported by a base 112, and the wire 10 is pressed down by a press-plate 118.
