Abstract
PURPOSE: To prepare the titled absorption surface having excellent selective absorption performance, by extruding an Al alloy for extrusion molding containing a small amount of boron, by forming an anodic oxide film on the bright extruded material obtained and then by electrocolar processing the material in an aqueous solution containing a metalic salt.
CONSTITUTION: An Al-Mg-Si-containing Al alloy for extrusion molding with 0.01W0.2wt% boron added to it is extruded to obtain a bright Al extrudate having excellent smoothness and brightness. The anodic oxidation treatment of the extrudate is performed to form an anodic oxide film about 3μ or less thick or the surface. Subsequently, the extrudate is electrolytically treated in an electrolytic liquid that is an aqueous solution containg a metallic salt using A.C, D.C, or A.C. and D.C. overlapped waveform and the anodic oxide film is colored to a dark or blackish tone, Thus, the excellent selective absorption surface for solar heat having a high absorption rate for solar heat energy and a low radiation rate is prepared.
