EXAMPLE: N-Cyano-N'-[ 3-[ 6-( 4-chlorophenyl )-3-oxo-2-pyridazinyl ]propyl ]-N'- methylguanidine.
USE: A medicine, useful as a remedy and a preventing agent aginst peptic ulcers, e.g. gastric hyperacidity, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, and capable of exhibiting the activity of inhibiting the gastric juice secretion and inhibiting the development of a experimental ulcers, e.g. the aspirin, stress or Shay ulcer, with prolonged action, weak toxicity and improved chemical resistance.
