Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the estimation of a part where a trouble occur and a life of a motion object, by a method wherein, after a vibration of a motion object is detected when the passage of time for the sampling, a system parameter of a numeral formula model is operated to compare the results with a reference value. CONSTITUTION:A transducer 1 is mounted at an outer ring of a bearing BR, and the output signal is inputted to a sampling circuit 2 to store it in a memory 3 via an A/D converter. By means of a computing part 4 and a memory 5 which is previously set in order to secure a system, a system parameter of a numeral model is operated, and the results are compared with a reference value previously set in the memory 5 to detect a trouble at a periodic motion part, and simultaneously, to estimate a part where a trouble will occur, based on a root of an equation determined by the system parameter. This permits the detection of a minute trouble at a high precision irrespective of type, and enbales to bring a periodic motion object under a constant monitoring condition.
