CONSTITUTION:The wire material 1 like glass fiber or the like is allowed to pass through in the plastics pipe 2 consisting of molded thermoplastics and said plastic pipe 2 is heated and melted by the heater 3 to coat plastics on the wire material 1 and the outer diameter coated with plastics is almost made uniform by the molding die 4 provided inside said heater 3 to obtain the plastic-coated wire material 5.
