Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the apparatus in such a way that a throttle sensor is installed in an air-to-fuel ratio controller in the internal combustion engine so as to stop control at the time of idling and in high load, while the sensor is formed by combining two pieces of contacts with a linearly traveling rod.
CONSTITUTION: Air bleeds in the main and slow systems of the carburetor body 200 are compensated and controlled by driving an actuator 300 with use of a control circuit 400 which receives signals from an exhaust air sensor 103. Signals from a throttle opening sensor 500 is inputted into a control circuit 400. A rod 504 which touches a lever 207 of a throttle valve 204 is installed in the case 501 of a sensor 500 in form of a slidable shaft. A movable contact plate 509 is fixed on the rod 504, and thrust by a conductive spring 514. Besides, a contact plate 508 which makes contact at the time of idling, and a contact plate 510 which makes contact in high load are provided in the case 501, so that it may force the circuit 400 to stop at the time of contact.
