CONSTITUTION:At the side of a relay receiver 1 which receives a TV signal from a relay tranamitter 7, a DC signal S proportional to a reception level is generated and an audio frequency signal having a frequency proportional to an input DC voltage is generated by an audio frequency generator 4 to drive a speaker with the audio frequency signal. A sound from the speaker is inputted to the handset of a circuit (5-6) for communication. At a transmitter side for relaying, an audio signal transmission through communication circuit is listened to know the reception level of the relay receiver, thereby adjusting a transmitting antenna 8 for relaying.
