Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a chemical composition capable of effectively regenerating a solvent with good quality from a paint washing waste solvent solution by mixing specific compounds in a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: In the wt. basis, 5W30% caustic alkali such as caustic soda or the like acting as a modifying and gelling reactive agent of each resins dissolved in the paint washing waste solvent solution, 40W95% monohydric alcohols such as methyl alcohol or the like used as a solvent of the aforementioned caustig alkali, 0W10% aminoalcohol such as monoethanolamine or the like acting as a stabilizer of a mixed chemical agent of said caustic alkali and said monohydric alcohol and 0W20% polyhydric alcohols such as glycerine or the like emulsifying, dispersing and stabilizing said caustic alkali not dissolved in said monohydric alcohol as well as acting as a precipitation promotor of a pigment or the like are mixed to obtain said chemical composition.
