Abstract

Further, at the time of weak combustion, the flame only on the burner plate 11 is formed, and the temperature of the lower surface of the burner plate 11 consisting of a material having a small thermal conductivity, is suppressed, thereby preventing the generation of flashback. At the time of strong combustion, since flame is formed at the secondary air injection part 13, the heat recovery is performed from this injection part 13, and hence stable combustion is continued.
