Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. consisting of natural rubber and/or polyisoprene, a specified polybutadiene and a styrene-butadiene copolymer which does not cause reversion of vulcanization and has excellent processability, wear resistance and tensile strength.
CONSTITUTION: 20W75wt% natural rubber and/or polyisoprene (A) having a cis-1,4 bond content of 85% or higher and a number-average MW of 100,000W1,000,000, 10W50wt% polybutadiene (B) having a vinyl bonding ratio of 1W25%, a number- average MW of 50,000W400,000 and molecular weight distribution of 1.1W4.0, and 15W60wt% styrene-butadiene copolymer (C) having a styrene content of 5W60wt%, a vinyl bonding ratio in butadiene moiety of 35W80%, a number-average MW of 50,000W400,000 and molecular weight distribution of 1.1W4.0, are mixed together in such a proportion as to give a styrene content of 10W35wt% and a vinyl bonding ratio in butadiene moiety of 30W60% in the whole mixture.
