Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase a moving stroke of valve body despite a small solenoid pump applied, by utilizing fluid pressure obtained from action of the solenoid pump, open-close operating a valve device and controlling the solenoid pump with an electric signal.
CONSTITUTION: When a prescribed operating signal is fed to a coil 4 in a solenoid pump 2, a plunger 5 forces fluid into the first chamber 8 to the second chamber 9, further this fluid is circulated in such sequence that it passes through communication lines 10, 11 while being applied with prescribed resistance and returns to the first chamber 8, thus fluid pressure in the second chamber 9 increases. This pressure increase causes a responsively moving body 17 to move downward against a spring 31 further a valve body 22 to move downward also apart from a valve seat 20. In consequence, fluid fed in an inlet passage 18 flows to an outlet passage 19 and is guided to a prescribed place. Under this condition, movement of the plunger 5 is stopped, then the fluid is not forced into the second chamber 9, thus the responsive mover 17 and the valve body 22 are reset to their former position by the spring 21.
