Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 粉粒体の連続定量移送及び移送量変更が可能な定量移送
    機構３．４を、複数個の粉粒体貯留槽１゜２の夫々に付
    設して、前記貯留槽１，２に別々に収納された互に異質
    な粉粒体の混合機構５に対する供給比率をル制御すべく
    構成し、上方から供給された異質な粉粒体を下方に行く
    に従って漸次混合しながらその下部の排出口８に向かっ
    て連続移送すべく前記混合機構５を縦型の混合容器から
    構成すると共に、排出する混合粉粒体の連続定量移送、
    　が可能な定量移送機構９を前記混合機構５に付設し、
    前記混合機構５からの排出粉粒体の組成を検出する検出
    器２２を設け、前記組成検出器２２がらの情報に基いて
    組成平均値を検出する組成平均値検出器２３からの検出
    結果によって前記混合機。 構５への粉粒体供給比率を制御する比率ルリ御機構２５
    及び、前記組成検出器２２からの情報に基いて組成分散
    値を検出する、組成分散値検出器２６からの検出結果に
    よって前記混合機構５における混合条件を前記混合機構
    ５の混合回転数を制御することにより混合粉粒体の分散
    度を制御する分散度制御機構２７を設けて、前記混合機
    構５から排出される混合粉粒体の組成並びに分散度をほ
    ぼ一定に維持すべく構成しであることを特徴とする粉粒
    体の連続混合装置。
