第３図は本考案に係る多素子型光電変換装置の一実施例
を示す平面図、第４図は第３図に示すＩＶ−ＩＶ’切断
線に沿った断面図である。 図において３１は支持基板、３２は化合物半導体基板、
３３は絶縁膜、３４はコンタクト穴、３５は電極用金属
層、３６は複数の受光素子、３７は峯素子型赤外線検知
素子、３８は個別電極、３Ｂ’、４０はポンディングパ
ッド、３９は共通電極集合部、４１は導電性接着剤層（
共通電極）を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 支持基板上に配設された複数の受光素子を有する多素子
    型光電変換素子の共通電位となるべき導出電極を一体化
    して共通電極集合部とし、該共通電極集合部の外部接続
    端子を前記共通電梅集合部の裏面より幅広く支持基板上
    に取り出すようにしたことを特徴とする多素子型光電変
    換装置。
