図である。第５図は本考案の一実施例を示すブロック図
、第６図は波。 形変形回路の一例である折線近似回路を示す回路図、第
７図は折線近似回路の入力−出力特性を示す図、第８図
は参照信号の変形を示す図である。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　被測定物の置かれる空間を測定方向に掃引さ
    せるために光束を偏向させる偏向器と；前記偏向器によ
    る光束の偏向角に対応した参照信号を出力する参照信号
    発生器と；前記参照信号が、前記光束の前記測定方向の
    掃引位置変化の対時間波形にほぼ一致するように、前記
    参照信号の波形を変形する波形変形回路と；前記光束の
    掃引によって得られた受光信号を受領して前記光束が被
    測定物のエツジを横切ったときに対応し−たサンプルホ
    ールド制御パルスを出力するパルス発生回路と；前記サ
    ンプルホールド制御パルスによって、前記波形変形回路
    の出力信号電圧をホールドして前記エツジの位置に対応
    した電圧信号を出力するサンプルホールド回路を備えた
    寸法測定装置。
  2. （２）前記波形変形回路が折線近似回路である実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の寸法測定装置。
