    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プッシュプル出力段の一方の出力段を構成するＰ
    ＮＰ　ｌ−ランジスタとＮＰＮトランジスタと、上記Ｐ
    ＮＰ　トランジスタに信号を供給する駆動用トランジス
    タと、該駆動用トランジスタと上記ＰＮＰトランジスタ
    との間に挿入された直流インピーダンス素子とを有する
    ことを特徴とする半導体集積回路。
  2. （２）上記直流インピーダンス素子はショットキーバリ
    アダイオードであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の半導体集積回路。
