    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気、ガス、液化ガス等の微量水分を測定するための、
    相互に移動させることによって気体流路が切換可能で、
    且つ別個の乾燥室を有する同軸円筒２重管から成る少容
    量試料での迅速測定及び乾燥剤交換が容易であることを
    特徴とする空気、ガス、液化ガス等の微量水分測定器。
