Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車用ステアリングロック装置内に投けたハ
ンガプレートの改良に関するものである。
従来のこの種のハンガプレートを第１図に図示したが、
水平部Ｈと垂直部Ｖを形成したハンガプレート１の水平
部Ｈの側縁部１′に突出部１″を形成し、この突出部１
＃をロッキングロッドＲの二又部３内に嵌合させて、こ
の二又部の内壁面３′に接触させる。
また、ハンガプレート１の平面部Ｈはロッキングロッド
Ｒに形成した切欠溝４，４′内に嵌挿されている。上記
ハンガプレート１は第２図において上方側よりスプリン
グ（図示せず）により水平部を図において下方側に付勢
してあり、ローテータカムｌＯの回転作動によりロッキ
ングロッドＲを図において上方に作動させ、ステアリン
グロックの解錠を行っている。尚、第２図はステアリン
グロックの施錠状態での位置関係を示すものである。
このように、ハンガプレート１をロッキングロッドＲに
装着させているが、突出部１″と二又部３との接触面に
寸法誤差による間隙が生じてステアリングロックの操作
時にローチーカム１０の回動にともないハンガプレート
１が僅かにねじれるような状態となり、そのためにハン
ガプレート１がステアリングロックの外方を被覆してい
るフレ−ム（図示外）の内壁に接触して、ロッキングロ
ッドＲがスプリングの付勢によりロック位置方向に移動
するとき、この移動が円滑に作動しないという欠点があ
る。
本発明は斯る欠点を除去することを目的とするものであ
って、ハンガプレートとロッキングロッドＲの嵌合部に
おいて、寸法誤差があってもハンガプレートがロンキン
グロッドＲの作動時にねじれるような作動状態が生じな
いようにすることにある。
この目的はハンガプレートの水平部の両側部に、ロッキ
ングロッドの二又部の外側壁面と接触する起立部を設け
ることにより、十分且つ満足に解決されるものであり、
その要旨は前記特許請求の範囲に揺起するとおりである
。
以下、本発明の一実施例を図面と共に説明する。
水平部Ｈと垂直部Ｖを形成したハンガプレートｌの水平
部Ｈの側縁部５ａに凹溝５ｂを形成し、また水平部Ｈの
両側部にロッキングロッドＲの外側壁面６と接触する起
立部７が設けられる。
したがって、ハンガプレートｌをロッキングロッドＲに
装着したとき、凹ｊｌｉ５ｂがロッキングロッドＲと接
触すると共に、起立部７もロッキングロッドＲの外側壁
面６に接触している。尚、上記実施例にあっては起立部
７は水平部Ｈの上方に設けられているが、水平部Ｈの下
方に設けるようにしてもよく、また上方及び下方の相方
に設けてもよい。
したがって、キーシリンダ８の先端に設けたローテータ
カムｌＯの回動時に、ローテータカム１０がハンガプレ
ート１を押圧しても、ハンガプレート１の起立部７がロ
ッキングロッドＲの外側壁面６に当接しているので、ハ
ンガプレート１のガタつきを防止し、また、ハンガプレ
ート１のねじれによる作動不良もなくなるので、ロッキ
ングロッドＲの作動が円滑におこなわれるという効果を
奏するものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ錠のロータに固定したローテータカムの作動に
    応じてステアリングロックの施解錠作動を助勢する断面
    り字状のハンガプレートにあって、該ハンガプレートを
    構成する水平部の端部にロッキングロッド側に形成され
    た二又部と嵌合する凹溝を形成すると共にこの水平部の
    両側部にロッキングロッドの二又部の外側壁面と接触す
    る起立部を設けたことを特徴とする自動車用ステアリン
    グロック装置のハンガプレート。
