Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）互換性を有するシリンダ・ピストンユニットを選
    択的にＮ段直列連結し、夫々のシリンダチャンバの両端
    部に圧空通孔を対向して開口１７、夫々の側の圧空通孔
    を互いに連通ずることを特徴とするＮ般式空圧シリンダ
    。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＮ般式空圧
    シリンダにおいて、隣接するピストン軸の端部を隣接す
    る相手ピストンに接続することからなるＮ般式空圧シリ
    ンダ。
  3. （３）　　実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＮ般式
    空圧シリンダにおいて、それぞれのシリンダチャンバの
    両端部に設けられた圧空通孔は選択的に閉塞されること
    からなるＮ般式空圧シリンダ。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のＮ般式空圧
    シリンダにおいて、シリンダ・ピストンユニット連結体
    の一端部または両端部にビストンストローク調整機構を
    設けることからなるＮ般式空圧シリンダ。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１墳記載のＮ般式空圧
    シリンダにおいて、シリンダ・ピストンユニット連結体
    の端部とストローク調整機構との間にばね装置を介装し
    、シリンダの少なくとも片側の圧空通孔を閉塞して単動
    式に構成することからなるＮ般式空圧シリンダ。
