２６．２７は溶解除去器のサンプルガスの入口および出
口、２８．２９は溶解液の導入口および排出口、３０は
除湿器、３１はサンプルガスの流通路、３２は乾燥ガス
の通路、Ｇは乾燥ガス、Ｍは溶解液、Ｓはサンプルガス
である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サンプルガス中の昇華性物質と水蒸気を除去するサンプ
    ル処理装置において、サンプルガスの露点以上の温度を
    保持する恒温槽とこの恒温槽内に設置されると共にこの
    恒温槽内を貫通して流通されるサンプルガスに溶解液を
    接触させてサンプル・ガス中の昇華性物質を溶解除去す
    る溶解除去器とを具えた昇華性物質除去部と、この昇華
    性物質除去部を通過して昇華性物質が除去されたサンプ
    ルガスの水蒸気を除湿する除湿器を具えた水分除去部と
    からなることを特徴とするガス分析用サンプル処理装置
    。
