加熱部、２５はダストおよびタール除去用のフィルタ、
２６は重合性物質除去用のスクラバ、２６ａは触媒、２
７は流量計、２８はプロセスガスクロマトグラフ、Ｓは
サンプルガ　　　　、ス、Ｔ、は恒温槽の室温である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ダスト、水蒸気、昇華性物質および重合性物質が混在す
    るサンプルガス中の前記ダストおよび重合性物質を除去
    してプロセスガスクロマトグラフのガス分析装置にサン
    プルガスを導入するサンプルガス処理装置において、前
    記サンプルガスの露点以上の温度に保持してサンプルガ
    スを通流する流通路を設け、該流通路に前記サンプルガ
    スの露点以上の温度でサンプルガス中の前記ダストを除
    去するフィルタと、該フィルタと同一温度にて前記重合
    性物質の重合反応を促進させて当該重合性物質を吸着除
    去する触媒が内部に充填されたスクラバとを介設したこ
    とを特徴とするガス分析装置用サンプルガス処理装置。
