略構成図、第２図は本考案装置の概略説明図である。 図面中、２１は水分除去部、２２は昇華性物質除去部、
２３は恒温槽、２４は除湿器、２５．。 ２９はサンプルガスの流通路、２６は乾燥ガスの通路、
２７は低温槽、２８１は析出除去器、３０は充填物質（
金属粒子）、３１は析出除去器の出口、Ｇは乾燥ガス、
Ｓはサンプルガスである。

Claims (1)
- サンプルガス中に混在する水蒸気および昇華性物質を除
去するガスサンプリング装置において、サンプルガスの
露点以上の温度を保持する恒温槽内に設置されると共に
前記サンプルガスの流通路が水分浸透性膜で形成されて
前記サンプルガス中の水蒸気を除去する除湿器を具えた
水分除去部と、この水分除去部の前記流通路に連通し前
記昇華性物質の析出温度に保持された低温槽内を貫通す
ると共に析出する昇華性物質を付着する物質が内部に充
填された流通路を具えた昇華性物質除去部とからなるこ
とを特徴とするガスサンプリング装置。
