Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. サイリスタ素子を収納しバ箱体状の複数個のモジュール
    を複数段積み重ねて接地架台上に支持装架し前記モジュ
    ールを水冷却する水冷却式サイリスタバルブにおいて、
    前記モジュールの底面部をテーパ状に筋成し、その最下
    部に放水口を形成し、上段モジュールの放水口に対応し
    てモジュールの上面部に放水口と連通する水受開口部を
    形成したことを特徴とする水冷式サイリスタバルブ。
