Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）水素及びその同位体の被処理気体を抽出排気する
    油気装置と、前記被処理気体を酸素によって酸化処理す
    るために多段に設けられた酸化処理器と、これらの酸化
    処理器にそれぞれ酸素を導入する導入管と、これら酸化
    処理器で処理されたガス中から水を回収する冷却器とを
    具備したことを特徴とする水素及びその同位体の処理装
    置。
  2. （２）水素及びその同位体の被処理ガスが放出され□る
    容器は液体金属を精製すべきコールドトラップからなる
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求。 の範囲第１項記載の水素及びその同位体の処理装置。
