    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＺｎＯ素子に所定の電圧を課電し、漏れ電流の捕移から
    寿命推定を行うものにおいて、供試素子の発生熱を伝え
    受ける放熱器を備え、この防熱器を取付けた状態で供試
    素子に課電するようにしたことを特徴とするＺｎＯ素子
    の寿命試験装置。
