のである。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a rotating magnetic head device having a magazine mounting portion having a reel shaft for mounting a magazine in which a magnetic tape is mounted, and a magnetic tape guide surface formed on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical body. It has a rotating ring arranged around a cylindrical body that forms a magnetic tape guide surface of the rotating magnetic head device, and a tape pull-out/guiding pin that is planted on the rotating ring. a magnetic tape mounting means that rotates to pull out a magnetic tape from a magazine mounted in a magazine mounting section using a tape drawer/guide pin and mounts the tape on a magnetic tape guide surface of a rotating magnetic head device; A magnetic head device having a position regulating pin for largely regulating the position of the magnetic tape mounted on the magnetic tape guide surface of the magnetic head device on the side of the magazine mounting section and the position on the opposite side to the magnetic tape guide surface. and a second position regulating means, a tape having a capsun for driving the magnetic tape mounted on the magnetic tape guide surface of the rotary magnetic head device, and a driving means. Regarding a magnetic recording and reproducing device that records and reproduces video signals by forming a magnetization locus that extends at a predetermined angle of inclination with respect to a direction,
In particular, between the magazine mounting section, the rotating magnetic head device, the magnetic tape mounting stage f, the first and second position regulating means, the tape driving means, etc., and between the rotating magnetic head device and the first position regulating means, The intended relative positional relationship between the magnetic tape mounting means and any combination of the second position regulating means can be easily obtained with high accuracy while having a simple structure as a whole. It is an object of the present invention to provide such a magnetic recording/reproducing device in which a magnetic head is smoothly and easily mounted on the tape guide surface of a rotating magnetic head device and can be driven by the guide.

The shaft 1 of the arm 151 mentioned above is moved from the position immediately before reaching the second rotation position to the second rotation position.
A pin 157 is installed to sandwich the arm 150 and engage with the end 156 opposite to the end 155 to rotate the arm 151 in a counterclockwise direction when viewed from a plan view against the spring 152. When the ring 93 is in the second rotational position, the arm 151 assumes its maximum counterclockwise rotation position, and in response, the arm 144 assumes its maximum clockwise rotation position and rotates the brake shoe 146. The pressure applied to the brake drum 141 is maximized.
