A virtual plane perpendicular to the main surface 2 of the main board 1 (this is referred to as S2) including a line L2 perpendicular to the line L2, and a line LO passing through a point on the line L2 at a predetermined length from the intersection of the lines LO and L2. For example, 3f
An imaginary plane perpendicular to the main surface 2 that includes a line L1 forming an angle θ, (generally within the range of 45 lines ±15) (this is referred to as S1)
When considering, the first mounting surface 51 has an orthogonal relationship with the virtual surface S1, and the virtual surface SO
The first mounting surface 51 has a relationship in which it approaches the main surface 2 as it approaches the intersection line of S1 and becomes further away from the main surface 2 as it reaches the opposite direction. When viewed from a direction perpendicular to an imaginary plane (this is S-51) parallel to this mounting surface 51, the mounting surface 51 is located on the line of intersection between the imaginary planes S1 and S2 on the line L2. Furthermore, an angle θ2 of, for example, 42 is formed with the line LO passing through a point (at or near the intersection of L2 and L3) that is a predetermined length from the intersection of the lines LO and L2 mentioned above when viewed from the plan view.
When considering an imaginary surface (this is S3) perpendicular to the main surface 2 including a line L3 forming a range of 5L±15, the third mounting surface 53 has an orthogonal relationship to the imaginary surface S3. and has a relationship in which it approaches the main surface 2 from the intersection line side of the virtual surfaces S2 and S3 to the intersection line side of the virtual surfaces SO and S3, and becomes further away from the main surface 2 as it reaches the opposite direction, Therefore, the third mounting surface 5
Similar to the first mounting surface 53, the mounting surface 3 is tilted downward to the front right, but different from this, with an angle of inclination of approximately the same degree as the first mounting surface 53. A surface portion 53 arranged at a position approximately symmetrical to the above-mentioned surface 52-1 across the line L1 on the outside of the arrangement area (elliptic ring shape) of the surface portions 51-1 to 51-3 as the mounting surface 51 of the first embodiment. -a and

The above-mentioned second mounting surface 5 on a virtual annular area concentric with the annular virtual arrangement area of B3 and having a size surrounding it.
The above-mentioned surface portions 53-b1 to 2 are arranged with a predetermined interval maintained between the areas extending clockwise from the position facing the surface portion 52-1 as No. 2 to the position facing the above-mentioned surface portion 53-a. 53-Another 1 different from the common surface formed by B3
Surface portions 53-Cl, 53-C2 and 53- within two common planes
C3 and the surface portions 53 within the common plane formed by the surface portions 53-a, for example, which are respectively disposed at the front right position in the plan view on the arrangement area of the surface portions 53-b1 to 53-B3 and on the outer area thereof.
-a1 and 53-D2 and, for example, within a common plane formed by the surface portion 53-a, which is arranged at a slightly forward and right-hand position when viewed from a plan view on or in the vicinity of the array area of the surface portions 53-bl to 53-B3. In this case, the upper cylindrical body 63 has a rotary shaft 64 attached thereto by suitable means so as to be rotatable, and has an angular spacing of approximately 1800 on the outer peripheral edge of the lower end of the cylindrical body 63. Two rotating magnetic heads 65 and 66 are mounted in such a manner that their tips slightly protrude from tape guide surfaces 67 formed by the outer peripheral surfaces of cylindrical bodies 62 and 63.
Therefore, the rotating magnetic heads 65 and 66 have a surface that is inclined by approximately 52 degrees with respect to the main surface 2 that is perpendicular to the imaginary surface S1 that is perpendicular to the main surface 2 of the main substrate 1 including the above-mentioned line L1 (the above-mentioned imaginary surface S-51).

In this case, the shaft 99 of the pinch roller 98 is a rotating arm 101 that extends counterclockwise along the extension direction of the ring 93 when viewed from the shaft 100 that is pivotally connected to a shaft 100 that is mounted on the rotating ring 93.
The rotating arm 101 is attached to the free end of the ring 9.
When the rotation ring 93 is in the first rotation position, this arm 101 is attached to the main board 1 by the spring 102 mounted between the cam plate 103 and the cam plate 103 (the attachment means are not shown). The ring 93 is in pressure contact with the cam surface 104 from the front side when viewed from the top.
When arm 1 is in a rotational position other than the first rotational position,
01 is rotated counterclockwise so as to collide with the engagement piece 105 attached to the ring 93. In this case, the cam surface 104 of the cam plate 103 is a surface that recedes backward in the counterclockwise direction along the extension direction of the J ring 93, so that when the ring 93 is in the first rotating position, the pinch roller 98 is the empty space 3 of the magazine M with the maximum forward position seen in the plan view.
If the ring 93 is rotated clockwise from this point, the pinch roller 98 will move to the left rear as seen in the plan view, and the pinch roller 98 will be easily guided out of the space 39 from the space 39. It is being done as it should be done.

In addition, a shaft 150 is installed at a rear left position when viewed from the shaft 143 on the main surface 2,
An arm 151 is rotatably pivoted to this shaft 150, and on the other hand, this arm 151 is rotatably biased clockwise in a plan view by a spring 152 that can be inserted between this arm 151 and the main board 1.
The rotation of this arm 151 is stopped by a stop piece 153 planted on the substrate 1. Further, the tension arm 144 is rotated and biased clockwise in plan view by a spring 154 interposed between the tension arm 144 and the base plate 1, so that the pin 147 comes into contact with one end 155 of the arm 151. ing. However, in this case, Article 15
4 is weaker than that of the spring 152 described above, therefore, the arm 151 is kept in a position where it can collide with the stop piece 153, and the rotation of the arm 144 is controlled by the pin 147 of the arm 151. It is designed so that it collides with the end portion 155 and is stopped. When the arm 151 is in contact with the stop piece 153 and the pin 147 of the arm 144 is in contact with the end 155 of the arm 151, the pin 149 is in the state where the magazine M is installed in the mounting part 4. It is arranged in such a way that it is located within the space 39 in the goose body 11 of the magazine M, and the contact pressure of the brake shoe 146 against the brake drum 141 is minimized. On the other hand, on the lower surface of the rotating ring 93 mentioned above, this ring 9
3 reaches the second rotation position from the first rotation position. The above-mentioned arm 1
The end 1 on the opposite side of the end 155 across the shaft 150 of 51
A pin 157 is installed which engages with the arm 156 and causes the arm 151 to rotate counterclockwise in plan view against the spring 152, so that the arm 151 is rotated when the ring 93 is in the second rotational position. The arm 144 assumes its maximum rotation position in the counterclockwise direction, and accordingly, the arm 144 assumes its maximum rotation position in the clockwise direction so that the contact pressure of the brake shoe 146 against the brake drum 141 is maximized. being done. The outline of the structure of an example of the present invention has been clarified above, but to further describe the operation, as shown in FIGS. It will be installed.

Before the magazine M is mounted on the mounting section 4, the rotation ring 93 of the tape mounting means 81 is in the first rotation position where the notch 95 engages with the engagement piece 97, and therefore the mounting section 4, the pinch roller 98 and tape pull-out/guide pin 106 arranged on the ring 93 are arranged from below through the notch 36 in the space 39 of the goose body 11 of the magazine M. has. In this case, the pin 106 and the pinch roller 98 are connected to the rotating arm 101 biased by the spring 102.
Since the arm 101 is engaged with the cam surface 104 of the cam 103, the pin 106 and the pinch roller 98, especially the pinch roller 98, are biased toward the back side of the tape 27 in the magazine MO case body 11. It is in the correct position. In this state, the engagement piece 97 is disengaged from the notch 95, and the drive wheel 110 is driven, thereby causing the rotation ring 93 to rotate clockwise as viewed in FIG.

As the tape 27 is pulled out and the loop length of the tape 27 is gradually increased, the ring 93 rotates and the engagement hole 108 attached thereto comes to the position of the tape guide mechanism 111-1.
A roller 118 attached to the rod 119 of this mechanism 111-1
has been in contact with the lower surface of the ring 93 until now, but now engages with the hole 108, and as a result, the rod 119 and hence the rotation shaft 116 rotate clockwise when viewed from the outer end surface side.
Further, the ring 93 rotates and the roller 118 moves into the hole 108.
When the tape guide pin 117 attached to the rotary shaft 116 comes into contact with the lower surface of the ring 93, the tape guide pin 117 stands up. In this case, the pin 117 is erected inside the loop of the tape 27 that has been expanded in width by the pin 24 of the magazine M, the pinch roller 98, the pin 106, and the pinch roller 98 that covers the pin 26. is not a hindrance. In this way, when the pin 117 of the mechanism 111-1 stands up and the ring 93 subsequently rotates, the tape 27 is moved from the pin 24 of the magazine M to the pitch roller 98 to the pin 106 to the pin 1.
17 - A loop is formed around the pin 26 and it is pulled out further rearward, and then the hole 108 of the ring 93 is inserted into the next tape guide mechanism 1.
11-2, the pin 117 of this mechanism 111-2 stands up in the same manner as described above, and the tape 27
is pin 24 of magazine M - pinch roller 98 - pin 10
6. The pin 117 of the mechanism 111-2 - the pin 117 of the mechanism 111-1 - the pin 26 of the magazine M is formed, and is further pulled out, and then the hole 108 of the ring 93 is inserted into the next tape guide mechanism. 111-3, the pin 117 of this mechanism 111-3 stands up in the same way as described above, and the tape 27 connects the pin 24 of the magazine M, the pinch roller 98, the pin 106, the mechanism 111-3, 111- 2 and 11
The pin 117 of 1-1 forms a loop surrounding the pin 26, and is further pulled out. While pulling out the tape 27, the ring 9
3 rotates, and the notch 96 engages with the engagement piece 97.
When the rotational position is reached, the arm 151 associated with the tension arm 144 is moved against the spring 152 by the pin 157 attached to the ring 93 immediately before reaching the second rotational position as shown in FIG. As seen in FIG. 1, the tension arm 144 is rotated counterclockwise as viewed in FIG. 1, and the tension arm 144 is rotated clockwise as viewed in FIG. The tape 27 moves to the right rear, thereby causing the tape 27 to move between the reel 17 - pin 149 - first position regulating pins 75 and 74 - second position regulating pins 86 and 8.
7-Pinch roller 98-Pin 106-Pin 109-A loop is formed that encircles the pin 117-pin 26-reel 18 of mechanisms 111-3, 111-2 and 111-1.

The tape loop in this case is the rotating magnetic head device 6.
Therefore, the tape 27 also covers the tape guide surface 67 of the rotating magnetic head device 60 as seen in FIG.
The tape 27 is mounted on the tape guide surface 67 by being in contact with the tape 27 over an area slightly larger than 1800 degrees when viewed from the surface 67 extending from the front left position to the rear right position. . With the tape 27 mounted on the tape guide surface 67, the upper and lower edges of the tape 27 are connected to the magazine M.
Pin 149 of inner reel 17 and tension arm 144
The space between the pins 149 and the position regulating pins 74 are approximately parallel to the main surface 2 of the main board 1.
4 and a position on the tape guide surface 67 of the rotary magnetic head device 60 on the rotating surface of the rotary magnetic heads 65 and 66 that is farthest from the main surface 2 or a position opposite thereto (this is referred to as Q1). In this case, it is approximately parallel to the main surface 2 of the main board 1, or as it approaches the main surface 2 as it reaches the latter position, it is slightly inclined with respect to the main surface 2, and the position Q1 and the position regulating pin 86 are In between, as it approaches the main surface 2 as it approaches the latter pin 86 side, it is inclined relatively greatly with respect to the main surface 2, and the pin 86
The slope between the pins 106 and 106 is approximately the same as the slope between the position Q1 and the pin 86, and the slope between the pins 106 and 109 is approximately the same as that between the pins 86 and 106, and the slope between the pins 109 and the mechanism 111- 3 pin 117 and mechanism 111-3 and 111-
Between the pins 117 of 2, the pins 117 of the mechanisms 111-2 and 111-1 move away from the main surface 2 and are inclined to the main surface 2. As it approaches the mechanism 111-1 side, it becomes further away from the main surface 2 and is inclined to the main surface or is substantially parallel to the main surface,
The pin 117 and pin 26 of the mechanism 111-1 are approximately parallel to the main surface 2.

The reason is that the outer peripheral surface of the pin 106 has a curved surface 107,
The curved surface 107 of the tape 27 is moved while the pin 106 moves from the position in the empty space 39 of the magazine M to the position farthest from the main surface 2 or in the vicinity thereof.
Apply force to the tape 27 (and pin 1) to keep the upper edge slightly closer to the main surface 2 or almost parallel to the main surface 2.
Comparison for bringing the upper side of the tape 27 closer to the main surface 2 side while moving to the position where the tape 06 is farthest from the main surface 2 or the closest position to the main surface 2, or the vicinity thereof. This is because a large amount of force is applied to the tape 27. As described above, the tape 27 is attached to the tape guide surface 6.
7, the pinch roller 98 rolls into contact with the capstan 131 with the tape 27 in between. For this reason tape 27
is transferred from the reel 17 side of the magazine M toward the 18 side at a constant speed. In this case, the tension arm 144 receives the tension of the tape 27 through a pin 149 attached thereto, and rotates to keep the tension of the tape 27 substantially constant without being restricted by the arm 151. However, the rotation range is maintained within a range in which the tape 27 does not stop covering the pin 75. Therefore, the tape 27 is conveyed while being brought into contact with the erasing head with a predetermined contact pressure. On the other hand, as the tension arm 144 rotates, the contact pressure of the brake unit 146 against the brake drum 141 changes, and the tension of the tape 27 is quickly returned to a predetermined range. In this way, the tape 27 maintains the tension within a predetermined range and rotates the magnetic head device 6.
The tape is transported at a constant speed while passing over and in contact with the tape guiding surface 67 of 0. During this time, an erasing signal is given to the erasing magnetic head 78, a video signal is given to the rotating magnetic heads 65 and 66, and a control When a control signal is applied to the magnetic head 83, a video signal is recorded on the magnetic tape 27 forming an oblique magnetization locus, and a control signal is recorded on the magnetic tape 27 by forming a magnetization locus parallel to the lower or upper edge of the tape 27. is formed and recorded.

If the magnetic tape 27 is capable of recording such video signals and control signals, these signals are reproduced by the magnetic heads 65, 67, and 83 while the erasing magnetic head 78 is inactive. After recording on or reproducing from the magnetic tape 27 is completed, the rear engaging piece 97 is disengaged from the notch 96 of the ring 93, and the rear drive wheel 110 is driven in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned case, and the reel shaft is rotated. 38 is driven weakly, the ring 93 rotates counterclockwise from the second rotation position as seen in FIG. 1 and reaches the first rotation position. The mechanisms 111-1 to 111-3, etc. perform operations that are completely opposite to the above-mentioned case in which they rotated from the first position to the second rotational position. However, in this case, the arm 101 of the pinch roller 98 is on the cam surface 1 of the cam plate 103.
04, the pinch roller 98 is deflected more forward as seen in FIG.
8. In particular, the pinch roller 98 is smoothly brought to the back side of the magnetic tape 27 without being disturbed. In this way, the same state as when the magazine M is initially mounted on the mounting section 4 can be obtained. Therefore, from this state, the magazine M can be taken out from the mounting section 4. As described above, according to the present invention, the magazine mounting section 4 in which the magazine M containing the magnetic tape 27 is mounted, the rotating magnetic head device 60 having the magnetic tape guide surface 67, and the magazine mounting section 4 mounted on the magazine mounting section 4. A magnetic tape mounting means 81 pulls out the magnetic tape 27 from the magazine M and mounts it on the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of the rotating magnetic head device 60; magnetic tape 2
7 for regulating the position of the magazine mounting portion 4 side and the opposite side relative to the magnetic tape guide surface 67, respectively.
position regulating means 70 and 80, and the rotating magnetic head device 6.
The magnetic tape 27 mounted on the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of 0
The tape 1 driving means 82 for driving the magnetic tape 27 forms a magnetization locus extending at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the magnetic tape 27 to record video signals. In this case, the magazine M is a case body 1 that stores the magnetic tape 27.
The bottom plate 2 of the case body 11 has a tape drawer window 29 bored in the front plate 28 of the case body 11 and a notch 36 provided in the bottom plate 23 of the case body 11 in communication with the tape drawer window 29.
The rotary magnetic head device 60 is mounted on the magazine mounting section 4 with the rotary magnetic heads 65 and 66 facing the magazine mounting section 4 side. The magazine M is rotated on a virtual plane that is inclined at a first angle (approximately 5 degrees according to the above example) with respect to the main surface 2 of the main substrate 1 which is parallel to the reference plane 23. The magnetic tape mounting means 81 surrounds the rotating magnetic head device 60 and is arranged close to and facing the front plate 28 of the case body 11. It has a rotating ring 93 arranged to rotate between first and second rotating positions on a virtual plane inclined at an angle (approximately 100 according to the above example). In the first rotating position, this rotating ring 93 has a notch on the back side of the magnetic tape 27 in the goose body 11 of the magazine M mounted on the magazine mounting section 4, that is, on the hollow space 39. A tape drawer/guide pin 106 is provided through the tape 36,
In this case, the tape drawer/guide pin 106 or the position when the tape drawer/guide pin 106 is on the back side of the magnetic tape 27, that is, in the empty space 39 (when the rotating ring 93 is in the first rotating position). As the rotation ring 93 rotates, the upper edge of the magnetic tape 27 is moved to the position farthest from the main surface 2 serving as the reference surface or in the vicinity thereof. A component force is applied to the magnetic tape 27 to slightly bring it closer to the 2nd side or to keep it approximately parallel to the reference plane,
Further, from the position where the tape pull-out/guiding pin 106 is farthest from the main surface 2 serving as a reference surface, or the vicinity thereof, to the position where it is the closest position based on the rotation of the rotation ring 93, or the vicinity thereof. A curved outer circumferential surface 1 for applying a relatively large force to the magnetic tape in order to bring the upper edge of the magnetic tape 27 closer to the main surface 2 serving as a reference surface while moving.
07, and when the rotating ring 93 is rotated from the first rotating position to the second rotating position, the magnetic tape 27 from the magazine M mounted in the magazine mounting section 4 is transferred to the tape. Tape drawer and guide pin 1 through the drawer window 29
At step 06, the magnetic tape 27 is pulled out, and the magnetic tape 27 is mounted obliquely on the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of the rotating magnetic head device 60, surrounding the first and second position regulating means 70 and 80.
Thus, at the second rotational position of the rotation ring 93, the magnetic tape 2
7 is guided by the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of the rotating magnetic head device 60 and is driven by the tape drive means 82, and the magazine M and the magnetic tape mount can easily draw out the magnetic tape 27 from the magazine M. The magnetic tape mounting means 81 has a configuration in which the means are correlated with each other, and the magnetic tape mounting means 81 loads the magnetic tape 27 onto the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of the rotating magnetic head device 60.
Although it has a curved outer circumferential surface 107, the magnetic tape from the magazine M can be smoothly and easily rotated by the magnetic head device. It has a great feature that it can be mounted on the magnetic tape guide surface 67 of 60.
