Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は外回紙モータの回転角あるいは回転速度を測定
する装置に関するものである。
以下図を参照しながら説明すると１は外回紙モータであ
って軸２と、これに囲りに位置し、軸２を中心にして回
転し得る回転部３とを有している。
外回紙モータは電動式のものであっても液圧式のもので
も空圧式のものであっても良い。
軸２は第２ベース４に回り止めして取りつけである。
第２ベース４は不動なものであっても、工業用ロボット
のアームのように可動なものであっても良い。
軸２に第２ベース５を固定し、この第２ベース５に回転
測定機６を固定する。
７は回転部３の回転を回転測定機６に伝達する伝達手段
であって回転部３に固定した歯車８に回転測定機６の入
力軸に固定した歯車９を噛み合せて構成する。
以上のように構成したものに於いて軸２に対して回転部
３が回転すると、その回転が伝達手段７を介して回転測
定機６の入力軸に伝達される。
従って回転測定機６は回転部３の回転角あるいは回転速
度に応じた信号を出す。
従来のものは第２ベース５が第１ベース４に固定してあ
ったので、外力が加わって軸２が曲ったり、第１ベース
４がこれの軸２を固定しであるとこと第２ベースを固定
しであるところとの間から曲ると伝達手段がこわれたり
回転部３の回転が正しく回転測定機６に伝達されなくな
るようなことがあった。
回転測定機６の出力は多くの場合、フィードバック信号
として使用されるので回転部３は暴走を起す心配が有る
。
なお軸２の曲りやすい部分は、第１ベース４への付は根
部１０である。
本考案に依れば軸２が第１ベース４の付は根部で曲って
も、また第１ベース４が曲っても第２ベース５を軸２に
固定したから回転部の回転が正しく回転測定機に伝達さ
れ暴走を起す心配が少くなる。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸と、該軸の囲りに位置し該軸を中心にして回転し得る
    回転部とを有する外回紙モータの前記軸を第１ベースに
    回り止めして取りつけると共に、第２ベースを前記第１
    ベースには直接固定することなく、前記軸に固定し、該
    第２ベースに回転測定機を固定し、更に前記回転部の回
    転を前記回転測定機に伝達する伝達手段を設けたことを
    特徴とする外回紙モータの回転測定装置。
