抗素子、２６・・・トランジスタ、２８・・・抵抗素子
、３４・・・リレースイッチ、３８・・・テールランプ
スイッチ、Ｉ２・・・駆動電流、Ｉ３・・・底値駆動電
流。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）車室内に設けられ車両の所定の機能表示を行、う
    発光ダイオードと、該発光ダイオードに供給される駆動
    電流を温度によって制御する温度補償回路とを含み、温
    度補償回路は、温度によって抵抗値が変化する感温抵抗
    素子と、発光ダイオードに駆動電流を供給し感温抵抗素
    子の抵抗値の変化によって導通度が変化するトランジス
    タと、トランジスタに並列接続され発光ダイオードに底
    値軸動電流を供給する抵抗素子とを有し、発光ダイオー
    ドに流れる駆動電流を温度によって制御して輝度をほぼ
    一定にするとともに温度が極端に上昇してトランジスタ
    がオフした時に底値駆動電流を供給することを特徴とす
    る車両の発光ダイオード表示−路。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）記載の回路におい
    て、温度補償回路内のトランジスタと並列接続され夜間
    走行時にオン作動されるスイッチを有し、該スイッチの
    オン時にトランジスタがオフとなり抵抗素子から発光ダ
    イオードに底値駆動電流を供給して発光ダイオードの輝
    度を低下させることを特徴とする車両の発光ダイオード
    表示回路。
