Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 先端にワークを回転可能に保持すると共にその後端にワ
    ーク割出し用のインデクスプレートを設けたタイルスピ
    ンドルを各ステーションに順次移しかえる搬送機構と、
    この搬送路に沿って各ステーション毎に直線上に配列さ
    れて上記フィルスピーンドルのクランプ及び割出しを行
    なうクランプ位置決め装置と、このクランプ位置決め装
    置と対をなして設けられた加工ユニットを備えたものに
    おいて、基台フレームの後端に並立する固定フレームと
    、この固定フレー牟の後部にあってこれに傾、　　動作
    可能に軸支さ杆−た揺動フレ−ニムと、この揺動フレー
    ムの頂部に呻承され、かつ駆動モータに適宜の回転伝達
    機構を介して回転可能に設ｉられた回転軸と、この回転
    軸の上記クランプ機構側にあって旋回アームを介して旋
    回可能に設けられ、かつ上記タイルスピンドルのインデ
    クスプレートの後端面に形成された係合溝に保合可能な
    ピンプランジャと、上記揺動フレーム番常時傾斜位置に
    付−勢するばね手段と、上記クランプ機構のクランプ完
    了信号により駆動されて揺動フレームを回動し固定フレ
    ームの後ｉに並立させると共に上記ピンプランジャをイ
    ンデクスプレートの後端面に当接させるようにしたシＩ
    Ｊンダメ、前記固定フレーム上にあってこれに揺動苛能
    に軸支′仝゛れ、曇５共にぞの一端に上記インデクス／
    レー、トや外周に珍重れた複数の位置決め溝に保合可能
    な割出し用の爪を設けた揺動レバーと、この揺動レバー
    の他端にあって、上記爪をインデクステーブル側に押圧
    しかつ上記ピンプランジャに内装されたばねのばね年よ
    りも大に設定された付勢手段と、加工ユニットの加工終
    了信号により駆動されて上記爪を付勢手段に抗してイン
    デクスプレートより離間させるシリンダおよび該シリン
    ダに並設されて爪が位置決め溝に係合したことを検出し
    て前記ビンプランジャ旋回用の駆動モータに回転停止信
    号を送出する割出し検出手段とからなるインデフスユニ
    ットを備えたこと゛を特徴とするリニアトランスファマ
    シン、に於けるクランプ位置決め装置。
