  1. 磁性基板の厚み方向における両面のそれぞれにＩＪパタ
    ーンを形成し、この：２つの導体パターンを前記磁性基
    板の厚み方向に貫通する貫通導体によって互に直列に接
    続し、その両端を前記磁性基板の両端に設ｉた端部電極
    に各別に導通接続させ・ると共に、前記導体パターンの
    表面に絶縁被覆を施したことを特徴とするチップインダ
    クタ。
