  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 厚膜抵抗体に切削溝を形成することにより該厚膜抵抗体
    の抵抗値を所定値に設定するための抵抗値調整装置にお
    いて、前記切削溝を形成する前に゛　　前記厚膜抵抗体
    の抵抗値を測定する測定装置と、該測定装置から測定値
    Ｒｏと前記所定値ＲＴと前記厚膜抵抗体の巾Ｗ、長さし
    とから前記切削溝の前記厚膜抵抗体の巾方向の長さＷＴ
    を算出する演算装置と、該演算装置からの長さしとＷＴ
    を表わす信号が供給され前記厚膜抵抗体に前記切削溝を
    形成する切削装置とを設け、前記切削溝は前記厚膜抵抗
    体の巾方向に対して長さＷＴの溝とさらに長さ方向に対
    して長さしの溝とからなるＬ字状の溝であって、かつ、 ｗＴ＝ＲＴ−Ｒｏ・Ｗ Ｔ であることを可能に構成したことを特徴とする抵抗値調
    整装置。
